Rising Leaders: Prefect Leadership Training 2026

On 31 January 2026, our future leaders stepped out of the classroom and into a space of growth, teamwork, and self-discovery at Beach Republic. Surrounded by fresh air, open space, and positive energy, our prefects were given the opportunity to reflect on what it truly means to lead, serve, and inspire others.
Throughout the day, students took part in engaging activities and challenges designed to build confidence, strengthen communication, and encourage collaboration. More than just learning how to lead, they learned the importance of listening, supporting one another, and standing strong in their values even when faced with challenges.
We are incredibly proud of every student who stepped forward to take on the responsibility of becoming a prefect. Your willingness to grow, to guide your peers, and to be positive role models for the school community reflects the true spirit of leadership.
Here’s to shaping leaders who lead not just with authority, but with heart, integrity, and a passion to make a difference.
